Sakura Bloom Policies



A reminder that we craft everything in small batches right here in our San Diego workshop and most things are a preorder. 

Wondering when your order will ship?

We work hard to ship all "in stock" carriers within 2 business days, M-F.

If your carrier has an "estimated ship date", it is a preorder and this date is our best educated guess as to when your order will be complete and ready for shipping. We ask that you allow a 3 day window of grace on either side of this date to accommodate for any unexpected delays that can arise in real-time, small batch manufacturing. We appreciate your patience and support!

International Shipping

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and or fees imposed by your country's customs agency. 



Please remember that our goal at Sakura Bloom is for you to use and love your carrier. Keep in mind that it may take a few tries for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your carrier, and that our certified babywearing educators are always here and happy to help you get comfy. Exchanges for store credit only up to 30 days from date of shipment from our San Diego workshop:

All Sakura Bloom carriers meeting our exchange requirement below, and exchanged within 30 days of ship date, will be for store credit only. 

Exchange Requirements

  • Carrier must be new, unworn, and unwashed* with original tags attached and in its original packaging. 
  • Carrier was purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom site.
  • All custom, limited edition, artist collaborations, sale or discounted items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


US Exchanges: All US orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. To ship an item back:

  1. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box and affix prepaid mailing label.

Mail your item using one of the following methods:

  1. Drop your package at a UPS Store without waiting in line (the label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. To find the nearest UPS location near you please visit www.ups.com/dropoff.
  2. Leave the package at a location that has a daily UPS pickup.
  3. If you decide to send your exchange back without using the return label that we provided, please be advised that any shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility. Please address your package to the address below:

Note: Any packaged not meeting the above requirements or that fall outside of the exchange window will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. 

International Exchanges. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs in addition to any additional taxes, duties, and or fees imposed by your country's or the US customs agency. 

    * Due to the nature of the product (babies are messy!), carriers returned without tags and in any type of worn condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Thanks for understanding.
